LGPD

In order to fulfill the requirements for transparency set forth in the Brazilian General Data Protection Law – LGPD (art. 6, para. VI of Federal Law n° 13.709/2018), ANFAVEA, as the representative body for the automotive sector, confirms that it does not handle data through its institutional website.

However, if circumstances arise in which the LGPD must be observed, this notice shall be updated in order to maintain compliance with Brazilian privacy laws.
