M\u00e1rcio de Lima Leite assumed the presidency of ANFAVEA on 05\/02\/2022. He is Stellantis’ Legal, Tax and Institutional Relations Vice-President for South America. He has been with the group since 2000. Additionally, he is General Counsel and Head of Taxes in the South America region. He serves on the Audit Boards of Banco Fidis, Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Stellantis Sa\u00fade and IMPP-Instituto Minas Pela Paz.<\/p>\n

He holds a degree in Law and Accounting Science, a master’s degree in Business Law and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management with a specialization in Finance from UFMG. Visiting professor at PUCMINAS for the LLM postgraduate course in Tax Law. Former undergraduate professor at UFMG and PUCMINAS and of the postgraduate course at Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Dom Cabral.<\/p>\n

He is also a member of the Audit Committee of CEMIG-Companhia Energ\u00e9tica de Minas Gerais-and Board Member and Coordinator of the Audit Committee of COPASA-Companhia de Saneamento de Minas Gerais. He is coordinator of the IBGC-Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance of the Minas Gerais Chapter.<\/p>\n

He served as an independent auditor at KPMG, Deloitte Touche Thomatsu and Soltz Matoso e Mendes for 9 years. Certified by IBGC, Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance, for Audit Committee member.<\/p>\n

Gustavo Bonini is ANFAVEA’s Vice-President and Treasurer. He serves as director of Institutional and Governmental Relations at Scania Latin America and has been in the automotive sector for almost 21 years. In 2013, he was appointed to lead ANFAVEA’s logistics commission, a position he held until 2016. He is currently Vice-President of the entity and speaker at trade fairs. He holds an MBA from FGV and a degree in Business Administration and Foreign Trade.<\/p>\n

Graduated in Full Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Administration, she has been working in the automotive sector for 30 years, having worked for large multinationals in the segment. Henry Joseph Junior is ANFAVEA’s Technical Director. Chemical Engineer and Bachelor in Chemistry from Mackenzie University, with specialization from the University of Tsukuba (Japan) and more than 30 published works on fuels and vehicular emissions. He worked for 36 years at Volkswagen Engineering, with studies on engines, ethanol, emissions and lubricants. He was one of the main responsible for the creation of flexfuel technology.<\/p>\n
