Recall \u00e9 a forma pela qual um fornecedor vem a p\u00fablico informar que seu produto ou servi\u00e7o apresenta riscos aos consumidores. Ao mesmo tempo, recolhe produtos, esclarece fatos e apresenta solu\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n
De acordo com a Lei no. 8.078\/90 (C\u00f3digo de Defesa do Consumidor \u2013 CDC), o fornecedor n\u00e3o pode colocar no mercado de consumo, produto ou servi\u00e7o que apresente alto grau de risco \u00e0 sa\u00fade ou seguran\u00e7a das pessoas. Caso o fornecedor venha a ter conhecimento da exist\u00eancia de defeito ap\u00f3s a inser\u00e7\u00e3o desses produtos ou servi\u00e7os no mercado, \u00e9 sua obriga\u00e7\u00e3o comunicar o fato imediatamente \u00e0s autoridades e aos consumidores.<\/p>\n
O fornecedor deve garantir que a expectativa do consumidor em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 adequa\u00e7\u00e3o e, principalmente, \u00e0 seguran\u00e7a dos produtos ou servi\u00e7os seja efetivamente correspondida. A regra, portanto, \u00e9 de que os produtos ou servi\u00e7os colocados no mercado de consumo n\u00e3o podem acarretar riscos \u00e0 sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a dos consumidores, exceto aqueles considerados normais e previs\u00edveis em raz\u00e3o da sua natureza e uso (objetos cortantes, combust\u00edvel, medicamentos, etc).<\/p>\n
